The workshop is designed for family members who have an adult family member who is actively in addiction.

- Understanding addictive behaviours in adults
- Identifying emotional and psychological barriers behind the addictive behaviours

Managing Stress and Uncertainty
For adults aged 30 and above

Uncertainty about the future can create overwhelming stress for many. The anticipation creates anxiety which can be overwhelming for some. Let’s us learn from each other how to garner support, deal with the stress and turning it into a resource.

Voices of Grief
Grief is a unique experience and you may find it hard to live your life without the deceased. You may appear lost and feel that you are losing all hopes.

Voices of Grief will provide you with a safe environment to express your thoughts and feelings, explore little steps to manage daily life, and continue a bond with the deceased.

Individuals above the age of 21 who have lost a loved one for at least 3 months and is ready to talk about their grief experience in an online group setting of 6-8 people is welcome to join.
Screening will be conducted beforehand.

There are 5 sessions in this support group on every Wednesday starting from 4 November to 2 December.

Psyching Up Together
For individuals above 21 years old.

A therapeutic support group for persons with low self-confidence to manage their difficulties with low self-esteem using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches.

Participants who have completed Psyched Up can also join to connect with each other while continuing to improve self-esteem.

There are 5 sessions in total, starting from 5 November to 10 December.

For individuals aged 21 and above.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us may have suffered from income loss or employment insecurity. It is inevitable to feel powerless under the stress of employment loss.

The support group provides a safe space for participants who are facing mental health concerns due to employment loss to share and learn strategies on how we can cope emotionally due to employment loss.

There are 4 sessions in total. Every Monday, starting from 30 November to 21 December.

The Caregivers-2-Caregivers Training Programme (C2C) provides caregivers with a more in-depth understanding of mental health conditions, and to enable them to care for their loved ones better through learning about self-care, communication, resilience building, advocacy and available community resources.
Topics include:
  • Mental health conditions & the brain
  • Medications and their effects
  • Communicating with a loved one with a mental health issue
  • Understanding recovery and resilience
