Masks Sewn With Love (MSWL) is a ground-up community project that has gathered stay-home individuals and entire families across generations in a collective endeavour to sew reusable cloth masks for the community during the circuit breaker period.
More than 100,000 masks have been sewn by the MSWL volunteers. They are being distributed to groups that are more vulnerable to COVID-19, such as children, the elderly, those staying in shelters and homes, public service frontliners, cleaners, and domestic workers.
The masks are reusable and are made of two layers, an outer and inner cloth layer:
