MaskSafe masks are usable, antibacterial, and can be washed 30 times.
They are made from woven cotton fabric, and are coated with antimicrobial and water repellent treatments. The middle layer in the masks is made of non-woven polypropylene fabric to increase filtration ability.
They are washable for after 30 times, and should last 2 months of general daily use.
Kindly note that these are not hospital grade surgical masks or N95 masks.
Masks Sewn With Love (MSWL) is a ground-up community project that has gathered stay-home individuals and entire families across generations in a collective endeavour to sew reusable cloth masks for the community during the circuit breaker period.
More than 100,000 masks have been sewn by the MSWL volunteers. They are being distributed to groups that are more vulnerable to COVID-19, such as children, the elderly, those staying in shelters and homes, public service frontliners, cleaners, and domestic workers.
